Opportunity Highlights:
- Schedule: 3, 6, or 9-hour day shifts
- Appointments are between 8a-7p weekdays and 10a-6p on weekends
- No on-call
- Board certification required
- Medical malpractice insurance coverage
- Laptops supplied to providers who work over 24-hours/week
